Noru Paint held an 'Automotive Repair Market Strategy Seminar' for next-generation managers of mobility dealerships.
Noru Paint announced on the 24th that the seminar was held over two days, from the 21st to the 22nd, at the Gwangmyeong Take Hotel, with about 40 participants including next-generation managers. The seminar was designed with a curriculum to help facilitate smooth dealership operations and enhance management capabilities.
First, labor attorney Cho Hyunjin explained the key points of the recently revised labor law along with various labor issues that companies may face, presenting ways to effectively respond to them.
Next, stress management expert Ryu Jonghyung introduced effective communication methods and leadership strategies tailored to individual personalities and traits. He also explained ways to prevent and resolve conflicts that may arise within organizations.
The attending next-generation managers shared their concerns and ideas experienced while managing stores, meeting not only with the headquarters but also with dealership owners operating stores in other regions.
