Shinsegae Centum City has exclusively opened the boutique of the French luxury jewelry brand Maison Boucheron in the local commercial area.
Launched in Paris in 1858, Boucheron has been consistently loved by customers seeking high-end jewelry and has recently gained popularity among engaged couples as a ‘luxury wedding ring’ choice.
Located on the first floor of the department store, Boucheron’s entry into Busan showcases the brand’s iconic ‘Quatre’ collection and ‘Serpent Boheme’ collection, along with a comprehensive range of jewelry highlighting exceptional craftsmanship.
Shinsegae Centum City, which houses top-tier luxury brands including the so-called ‘Big Four Jewelry Brands’?Cartier, Bulgari, Van Cleef & Arpels, Tiffany?has further strengthened its luxury lineup by attracting exclusive stores within the region.
In particular, as the marriage rate recovered last year leading to increased demand for wedding gifts, high jewelry sales have shown rapid growth. With the addition of this new brand, customer satisfaction is expected to rise by offering fresh and differentiated products, continuing the upward trend.
In fact, last year’s department store high jewelry sales grew by more than 15%, and this year, due to demand from engaged couples ahead of the spring wedding season, high jewelry sales have increased by over 60%.
