The selected 19th class participants will experience lectures and programs on four core themes?leadership and communication, strategic thinking and insight, management essentials, and the happy CEO?over approximately six months starting in April.

This 19th course is planned as a differentiated educational program to help SME CEOs manage risks and seize new opportunities amid the rapidly changing global economic environment.

Various supplementary programs such as AMP Plus breakfast lectures, policy seminars, and networking events will also be operated to support not only education but also the practical building of management networks and strengthening of innovation capabilities.

Lee Myung-ro, Head of the Human Resources Policy Division at KBIZ, stated, "In the era of the three highs?high exchange rates, high prices, and high interest rates?and global hegemony competition, innovation by SME CEOs is essential. KBIZ AMP will be the best program to provide practical insights and networks to support the sustainable growth of SME CEOs."

Those wishing to participate can apply through the AMP Secretariat by April 11. If applying by the 31st of next month, a tuition discount will be offered, and recruitment will close once the quota of 60 participants is filled.
