'With CEO' Event Held

NH Nonghyup Bank President Kang Taeyoung held a communication session with employees after his inauguration.

According to the financial sector on the 23rd, President Kang held the first 'With CEO' event with employees since his inauguration on the 21st at a restaurant near the Seoul headquarters.

This event is held annually to promote a horizontal organizational culture. Employees convey on-site opinions to the president and share the CEO's management philosophy and vision.

President Kang stated that while listening to the various opinions prepared by employees, he will actively reflect on the field's feedback to create a more efficient and happy working environment.

Lee Changyoung, Head of the Risk Management Department, who attended the event, said, "It was a meaningful time to directly share the feelings experienced in the workplace with the CEO," and added, "Although there were difficulties with new tasks and unfamiliar environments, I will grow by communicating with my fellow employees based on this opportunity."
