Donations Reach 10 Million KRW Since 2007

Jeonnam Community Chest of Korea (Chairman Noh Dongil, hereinafter referred to as Jeonnam Sarangui-Yeolmae) announced on the 21st that Haenam Ttangkkeut Regional Children's Center, located in Haenam, has donated approximately 1.25 million KRW.
The donation ceremony was attended by Kim Donggeuk, Secretary General of Jeonnam Sarangui-Yeolmae, Bae Dahae, Director of Haenam Ttangkkeut Regional Children's Center, as well as children and staff from the center.
The donation was raised through a bazaar organized with proceeds from items such as school supplies, toys, clothing, and snacks, all prepared by the children of Haenam Ttangkkeut Regional Children's Center. Since 2007, the total amount donated by the center to Jeonnam Sarangui-Yeolmae has reached approximately 11.86 million KRW.
The spirit of sharing, which began with small but beautiful hearts, continues as the center's children, graduates, teachers, and sponsors come together each month to hold a bazaar with donated items, using the proceeds to participate in sharing activities.
Bae Dahae, Director of Haenam Ttangkkeut Regional Children's Center, said, "On the day of the bazaar, anyone can come and participate, and since the prepared amount is exchanged for virtual currency, everyone is passionate about spending all of it at the bazaar without leaving any money behind. I am happy and proud as the director to be able to donate the amount collected through this passion for sharing to Jeonnam Sarangui-Yeolmae and help neighbors in need."
Kim Donggeuk, Secretary General of Jeonnam Sarangui-Yeolmae, said, "I am truly grateful to Haenam Ttangkkeut Regional Children's Center for consistently collecting and donating precious proceeds from each and every individual every year. We will do our best to ensure that these valuable donations continue to be delivered to neighbors in need."
