Pledging to Discover Financial Services from the Customer's Perspective
BC Card announced on the 21st that it will select and operate the 20th group of its customer panel, 'BC Navigator.' Choi Won-seok, CEO of BC Card, encouraged the members, stating that the Navigator's ideas have greatly contributed to the company's development.

This year, 12 of the newly selected 20th group members are composed of people aged 20 to 50 from various occupations, including office workers, university students, and housewives. They plan to hold regular monthly discussion meetings to propose improvements and ideas for BC Card services.
Choi Won-seok, CEO of BC Card, said, "Navigator ideas have played an important role in BC Card's growth," adding, "This year, we will continue to listen to a wider range of customer opinions and strive to become a BC Card that puts customers first."
