Dex Consulting Signs MOU with TDG... Expecting to Accelerate AI Transformation for Corporate Clients

Dex Consulting, a specialized AI platform company based on Azure, announced that it has signed an MOU for strategic business cooperation with TDG, a Microsoft AI MSP (Managed Service Provider) specialized company. Through this collaboration, both companies plan to strengthen their competitiveness in AI platform business, low-code based SI projects, and corporate education, and provide more innovative digital transformation services.


As AI technology has recently emerged as a revolutionary element in corporate operation processes, the two companies support smooth AI adoption for enterprises based on the AI platform DIAGPT. DIAGPT has established itself as an AI agent platform capable of integrating with databases and various systems beyond simple document understanding AI. It is linked with major enterprise systems such as SAP and Salesforce, enabling data retrieval, input, and processing through AI, and can utilize automated workflows in connection with Office systems.

The two companies also collaborate in SI projects and education fields based on Microsoft's AI low-code tools, Power Platform and Copilot Studio, providing systematic consulting and technical support to help corporate clients easily adopt and utilize AI and low-code technologies.


Jung Sung-chul, CEO of Dex Consulting, stated, “Through this collaboration, we will accelerate the adoption of DIAGPT in enterprises, and the combination of our expertise in low-code based projects will create high synergy.”


Lee Jong-su, Head of Strategic Planning at TDG, said, “Our technological competitiveness in AI and cloud security will be comprehensively strengthened. Through this, we expect customer lock-in effects and expanded license sales.”


Meanwhile, Dex Consulting is continuously expanding various partnerships to further strengthen its position in the AI market. Recently, it joined the AI Alliance led by Kolon Benit and formed a strategic collaboration group with the Korea Education & Research Information Service to build a university-exclusive AI system. Additionally, it is actively advancing group-level AI transformation by partnering with IT specialized affiliates of major domestic distribution and manufacturing conglomerates.
