Gyeonggi Provincial Superintendent of Education Lim Tae-hee promised, "We will cooperate with Gyeonggi Gyotong, our partner, for the common goal of Gyeonggi Future Education."
Superintendent Lim Tae-hee attended the '2024 Negotiation Agreement Signing Ceremony' with the Gyeonggi Teachers' Association held at the Suwon Gwanggyo Southern Office on the 21st, emphasizing, "The center of education is the students, and teachers are the key drivers of that change."
He continued, "We must not remain stuck in past methods but prepare for future education," adding, "We will reduce administrative burdens and establish a practical support system so that teachers can focus on their core educational duties."
In particular, he argued, "To enhance the persuasiveness of education policies, students must be at the center," and "Only when teachers and education administration workers gain empathy for students does education gain legitimacy."
