She said, "Beyond short-term advertising performance improvements, building continuous relationships with consumers is essential for success in the global market. To address challenges faced by many companies such as advertising cost burdens, intensified market competition, and difficulties in platform optimization, we support the global expansion of Korean brands through strategies including social media advertising optimization on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google, expanding consumer touchpoints via influencer marketing, and strengthening retention marketing based on email and SMS."
Additionally, CEO Kim explained that with the advancement of AI technology, search and shopping agent technologies are becoming more widespread, leading consumers to expect more sophisticated and personalized information. She stated, "Brands also need to reorganize their marketing strategies to adapt to these changes.
