This meeting was organized to invite civil complaint officers from nine towns and townships within the jurisdiction to share difficulties encountered during the civil complaint handling process and to seek reasonable solutions, aiming to improve the quality of civil complaint services.

At the meeting, Governor Kim openly exchanged various opinions, including those related to malicious complaints, with the staff. He urged the responsible departments to actively review the collected opinions and prepare improvement measures that the officers can directly feel.

Governor Kim Gwang-yeol said, “The employees in charge of civil complaints are the face of our county directly interacting with the residents, and creating an environment where they can work happily and meaningfully is the shortcut to better civil complaint services.” He added, “We will continue to create opportunities to communicate with civil complaint officers so that we can solve civil complaint issues together in the future.”

Since his inauguration, Governor Kim Gwang-yeol of Yeongdeok-gun has consistently held communication meetings with civil complaint officers, and the National Happiness Civil Complaint Office was selected as an excellent institution through a citizen-friendly remodeling project, receiving a Prime Minister’s Commendation.
