"Proving Its Global Technological Prowess"
Stonebridge Ventures announced on the 21st that Nota, the company's core artificial intelligence (AI) portfolio company specializing in AI optimization technology, officially supports Qualcomm Technologies' AI Hub. Nota is collaborating with Qualcomm to expand its influence in the Internet of Things (IoT) and edge computing markets, leading AI innovation in various fields such as industrial safety and transportation, and continuing its global growth momentum.
Nota is actively supporting Qualcomm AI Hub by utilizing its AI optimization platform, Netzpresso. Qualcomm AI Hub is a platform that provides optimized AI models and specific guidelines, enabling anyone to easily and quickly develop on-device AI applications. Currently, Qualcomm AI Hub supports over 150 AI models. Netzpresso's new integrated features introduce enhanced optimization performance for resource-constrained devices, complementing and strengthening the offerings.
The ecosystem of Nota's Netzpresso is also expanding. Netzpresso implements optimal AI performance on devices with significant resource constraints through a four-step process: ▲training ▲compression ▲compilation ▲benchmarking. Through this collaboration, Nota has enabled compatibility of compilation and benchmarking tasks, previously managed within Netzpresso, with Qualcomm AI Hub. Going forward, the company plans to focus on the training and compression stages to further advance Netzpresso.
Cha Myung-soo, CEO of Nota, said, “We are pleased to contribute to the advancement of on-device AI technology together with Qualcomm,” adding, “We will expand Nota’s influence in the IoT and edge computing markets and lead AI innovation in various fields such as industrial safety and transportation.”
Meanwhile, Nota received ‘A’ and ‘A’ grades in the technical evaluation for a special technology listing and has begun full-scale preparations for listing on the KOSDAQ in the first half of this year. As a company leading AI optimization technology, it is growing its presence not only in the domestic market but also in North America, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Recently, in the Middle East, it is collaborating with the Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (UAE RTA) to build an intelligent transportation system.
