Female CEO Mentors Pass Down Business Experience

The Korea Women Entrepreneurs Association announced on the 21st that it is recruiting schools to participate in the '2025 Future Women Entrepreneurs Development Project' until the 10th of next month.

This project aims to help female students develop practical business skills and grow into future women entrepreneurs by having senior female CEOs mentor the students and provide hands-on business experience.

The main programs include ▲ Special lectures by female CEOs ▲ Field visits to women-led companies ▲ Practical startup mentoring ▲ Global business field trips ▲ Integrated workshops, among others.

This year, to improve the quality of the project, the association plans to sign a tripartite agreement with schools and women-owned businesses, serving as a bridge connecting local women-owned companies and students who will become the next generation of women entrepreneurs.

Additionally, individual students who show high participation or achieve outstanding results will be awarded separate scholarships.

Park Chang-sook, president of the Korea Women Entrepreneurs Association, said, "We aimed to further enhance the completeness of the project by reflecting on past experiences and participant feedback," adding, "We hope many schools will participate so that female students can cultivate concrete dreams as future women CEOs and gain new experiences."
