The event was attended by approximately 239 young people under the age of 34 from the Busan area, providing an opportunity to communicate with corporate practitioners and delivering practical information for youth employment preparation.

As part of the Dongseo University-Donga University Glocal 30 project, the event was held in three parts as a cultural and content specialization event.

The first part was held under the theme ‘Companies Dreamed of by Busan Youth,’ providing a platform to resolve information mismatches between current employees of Naver and SSG and Busan youth.

The second part, titled ‘Companies Attractive to Busan Youth,’ featured participation from Busan’s representative cultural content companies, Community Bif and For You Communication, sharing explanations on the expansion and job roles in Busan’s cultural content sector along with key competencies required for employment.

Additionally, through company introductions, recruitment guideline briefings, and on-site Q&A sessions, a realistic talk show was conducted to establish criteria for company selection and enhance understanding of job roles.

The final third part featured a special lecture by Kang Min-hyuk, a top employment instructor and YouTuber, titled ‘2025 Recruitment Trends and Mindset for Employment Preparation,’ emphasizing the importance of a positive and proactive mental mindset and providing motivation for youth preparing for employment.

As a side event, the Dongseo University and Donga University University Job Plus Centers operated career and employment counseling booths, allowing participating youth to directly consult on employment concerns and focus on promoting youth employment policies.

Through this event, it is expected to have a positive impact by providing Busan area youth with vivid employment information and motivation in the cultural and content specialization fields.

Jung Do-woon, Director of Student and Employment Support at Dongseo University, stated, “We will continue to operate various programs to enhance the employment competitiveness of local youth and solve youth employment issues. This will contribute to nurturing residential-type talent in the Busan area and addressing youth employment problems.”
