Leading domestic digital twin company E8 announced on the 20th that it is reviewing the supply of a digital twin platform with TYM, the largest agricultural machinery manufacturer in Korea, based on its digital twin solution NDX PRO.

E8, TYM Review Digital Twin Factory Platform Business

The goal of the project is to build a digital twin platform that supports real-time collaborative management among value chain partners (partners, manufacturers, dealers) in the supply chain. Through an integrated real-time digital supply chain platform, unnecessary inventory among partners is reduced. Inefficient communication and tasks are minimized, improving productivity and efficiency. This aims to enhance global supply chain competitiveness.

Partners manage deliveries based on RTLS (Real-time Location Systems) within the supply chain digital twin platform and can check quality information, process abnormalities, inventory locations, and more. Manufacturers can manage the entire manufacturing process in real time on the platform, including materials and logistics, production, quality, and shipping.

The core of a smart factory is collecting and analyzing all factory data in real time. E8’s digital twin platform NDX PRO can automatically collect, analyze, and link various types of data. It provides intuitive visualization through a web-based dashboard. This allows operators to monitor production processes and equipment status in real time and make quick decisions. Furthermore, based on operational data accumulated in the digital twin platform, AI algorithms can be implemented to optimize production, logistics, and procurement for companies.

While manufacturers are actively promoting digital transformation on production sites, partners and dealers are relatively slower in digitalization due to cost burdens. Through this supply chain platform, E8 plans to support partners and dealers to gradually undergo digital transformation as well. Jin-Hyun Kim, CEO of E8, stated, "We plan to lead digital innovation across the entire manufacturing supply chain through this project and continuously expand our business targeting B2B manufacturers."
