The Asia Culture Center Foundation (President Kim Seonok, hereinafter referred to as the ACC Foundation) announced on the 19th that it is recruiting artists to participate in the "2025 ACC Children's Culture Center Children's Family Creative Lounge Exhibition and Workshop," which aims to provide creative cultural and artistic experiences.

This open call has been launched to develop and operate unique exhibition experiences and workshop programs that allow children and families to directly participate in and communicate through artistic activities.

The theme of the open call is "Celebration." "Celebration" is connected to the ACC's core theme for this year, "Lifestyle," and will provide children and families with opportunities to explore new perspectives through art, focusing on three sub-themes: ▲ My Small Anniversary ▲ Our Joyful Celebration ▲ All the Wishes of the World.

Accordingly, participating artists and groups are invited to propose exhibition and experiential events that artistically interpret the process of commemorating and sharing special moments experienced by children and families in everyday life.

Any artist or team with planning and operational capabilities in the field of visual arts?such as painting, sculpture, crafts, photography, video, or installation?can participate. A total of three teams will be selected through document and interview screening. The application period is open until the 9th of next month.

The selected teams will each receive up to 9 million KRW in operating expenses, as well as support for space and promotion from the Children's Culture Center to run their programs.

Kim Seonok, President of the ACC Foundation, said, "I hope this will be an opportunity for children and families to become more familiar with art through collaboration with talented visual artists," and added, "Through encounters with artists who have unique perspectives, participants will be able to deeply explore the theme and gain new insights."
