Application security specialist Sparrow announced on the 19th that it is recruiting talent.
Sparrow has been selected as a "Youth Job Small Giant Company," jointly organized by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.
The Youth Job Small Giant Company system, implemented for the first time this year, applies stricter standards than the existing Ministry of Employment and Labor's "Youth-Friendly Small Giant Company," evaluating not only youth employment but also corporate competitiveness. Sparrow received high evaluations in areas such as starting monthly wages for youth, wage growth rate, work-life balance, corporate growth potential, and profitability.
Sparrow operates various systems to ensure that all employees, including youth, can work in an optimal environment. It provides rewards and benefits commensurate with performance through its Best and Excellent Employee programs. It continuously develops various systems such as welfare points that can be freely used at desired locations, flexible working hours, and support for self-development expenses.
Recognized for youth employment and corporate competitiveness, Sparrow will publicly recruit new employees starting from the 24th. The application period is until the 9th of next month, and the main positions are server development and technical sales. Successful candidates will begin a three-month recruitment-linked internship program starting in April.
Sparrow is also recruiting experienced professionals to accelerate market expansion in the software supply chain security field. Target positions include ▲ web vulnerability analysis consultant ▲ data engineer ▲ cloud infrastructure engineer ▲ in-house infrastructure operation management, among others.
Jang Ilsu, CEO of Sparrow, said, "Sparrow is a rapidly growing company, and we will continue to strive to provide stable jobs and growth opportunities for youth," adding, "As software supply chain attacks are expected to increase this year, we will lead the software supply chain security industry together with talented individuals."
