[Special Stock] Hyundai Construction Wins Contract for Gayang-dong Complex Facility Construction... Up Over 8%

Hyundai Construction is showing strong performance following the news of winning a 1.6 trillion KRW-scale construction contract for a complex facility in Gayang-dong.

As of 2:55 PM on the 18th, the stock is trading at 36,950 KRW, up 2,750 KRW (8.04%) compared to the previous trading day.

Hyundai Construction announced that it has secured a contract worth 1.6267 trillion KRW for the construction of a new office complex facility in Gayang-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul.

The project involves building a knowledge industry center, office facilities, and neighborhood living facilities on the CJ site at 92-1 Gayang-dong, with a structure spanning 7 basement floors to 14 above-ground floors.

The contract counterpart is Inchang Development. The contract was signed for 1,626,673,000,000 KRW.

This contract amount corresponds to 5.5% of Hyundai Construction's sales as of the end of 2023.

The construction period is 53 months from the start date.
