Volunteer Activities Planned for This Year"
S-Oil donated 122 million KRW to volunteer organizations in Seoul. Since 2011, S-Oil has been consistently providing donations under its partnership with the Seoul Metropolitan Social Welfare Council.
On the 17th, S-Oil announced that it had delivered a total of 122 million KRW in donations to volunteer organizations in the Seoul area at the Seoul Metropolitan Social Welfare Council located in Gongdeok-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul. The amount sponsored this time by S-Oil will be distributed to seven organizations, including Deungchon 4 Comprehensive Welfare Center, Mapo Aeranwon, and Seodaemun Food Market, which conduct regular volunteer activities.
S-Oil started its regular volunteer program in 2007 and added a team volunteer program in 2009. Additionally, to ensure the systematic operation of volunteer groups in Seoul, it signed a partnership with the Seoul Metropolitan Social Welfare Council in 2011.
An S-Oil representative said, "To practice the company's core value of 'sharing,' we plan to continuously support volunteer activities this year as well," adding, "Through ongoing social contribution activities, S-Oil will become a reliable supporter who empowers neighbors in need."
