Interim Report Meeting Held for Establishment of Hapcheon Comprehensive Tourism Plan
Hapcheon-gun, Gyeongnam Province, held an interim report meeting for the establishment of the Hapcheon-gun Comprehensive Tourism Plan in the county office's large conference room.
This comprehensive tourism plan establishment project is a research service initiated by Hapcheon-gun in October last year to prepare a tourism roadmap aimed at achieving 5 million tourists in Hapcheon.
At the report meeting held on the 17th, Kim Yoon-cheol, the county governor, along with the deputy governor and heads of all departments, attended. The meeting proceeded with an interim report on the basic concept of the Hapcheon comprehensive tourism plan by the Leisure Space Research Institute, which is conducting the project, followed by a Q&A session.
The main contents presented in the interim report included the establishment of strategies to strengthen Hapcheon's tourism identity, plans to revitalize existing tourism resources, and directions for detailed projects for tourism development by region.
Hapcheon-gun plans to finalize the comprehensive tourism plan by collecting various opinions from this report meeting and supplementing it through the concretization of detailed projects by region and promotional marketing strategies.
Governor Kim requested, "Please establish a systematic and effective comprehensive tourism plan so that Hapcheon can become a place where the living population gathers from east, west, south, and north, aiming to achieve the era of 5 million tourists in Hapcheon."
