Kim Ho-yeon, chairman of Binggrae and younger brother of Kim Seung-yeon, chairman of Hanwha Group, has sold all of his shares in Hanwha Co., Ltd.


According to the electronic disclosure system on the 17th, Chairman Kim Ho-yeon sold all 124,567 common shares of Hanwha (0.16%) through after-hours trading on the 13th.

The selling price per share was 39,200 KRW, totaling 4,883.03 million KRW.


Meanwhile, Hanwha has been on an upward trend since the beginning of the year due to growing expectations in the defense industry, and its stock price has recently surged.
