About 30 supporters of President Yoon Seok-yeol held a rally on the 17th in front of the residence of Moon Hyeong-bae, Acting Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court.

The Anti-Election Fraud and Corruption Prevention Group shouted slogans such as "Resign" and "Impeachment Invalid" at the front and back gates of an apartment in Pyeong-dong, Jongno-gu, where Acting Chief Justice Moon's residence is located, at 7:30 a.m. that day. The group also mentioned suspicions that obscene materials were shared in an online cafe joined by Acting Chief Justice Moon. Due to this, apartment residents complained about the noise disturbance.
The group is known to be led by former Prime Minister Hwang Kyo-ahn and has continuously raised suspicions of election fraud. They announced plans to hold rallies during Acting Chief Justice Moon's commute for about a month.
Meanwhile, a National Police Agency official said at a regular press briefing that regarding the suspicions about Acting Chief Justice Moon, "Since this incident occurred in 2009, it appears that the statute of limitations related to posting or viewing has passed," and added, "Unless there have been recent acts, it is difficult to consider it as aiding and abetting (the posting of obscene materials)."
