Cadastral Survey Fee Reduction Program
for Beneficiaries of Rice Price Stabilization and Paddy Field Adjustment
Goheung County in Jeollanam-do (Governor Gong Youngmin) announced that it will operate the “Cadastral Survey Fee Reduction Program,” approved by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, until the end of this year to alleviate the financial burden on residents.
The beneficiaries of the reduction include recipients of government-supported agricultural infrastructure projects such as cold storage and grain dryer installations, national merit recipients, and persons with disabilities who apply for cadastral surveys on their own land. They can receive a 30% reduction in cadastral survey fees.

To receive this benefit, applicants must submit supporting documents such as a beneficiary certificate issued by the town or township chief, a certificate of national merit, or a disability certificate when applying for a cadastral survey at Counter 15 of the General Civil Service Office (Korea Land and Geospatial Informatix Corporation survey reception).
In addition, if a request is made to reinstall boundary markers within 12 months after the completion of the cadastral survey, a fee reduction of 50% to 90% may be granted depending on the elapsed period.
An official from the county stated, “We will actively promote this program so that all eligible individuals can benefit from the fee reduction and help reduce their costs as much as possible.”
