Samlip announced on the 17th that it has launched the 'Lunch Bread' series, which offers a quick and hearty meal for 1,900 won.
In the current high-price era where 'Lunchflation (Lunch + Inflation)' has become a hot topic, a snacking trend focusing on 'Siseongbi (Time + Cost-effectiveness)' is spreading mainly among students and office workers. As the market for convenient meal replacements gains attention, Samlip introduced the convenient bakery meal 'Lunch Bread' that can be enjoyed quickly and satisfyingly.
Lunch Bread is reasonably priced at 1,900 won and comes in a big size measuring 15 to 19 cm in length, making it suitable as a full meal. It uses brioche bread with a high egg content along with various popular ingredients such as tomato, corn mayo, and onion. It is expected to receive positive responses from office workers and students who want to reduce their meal times.
There are four types of Lunch Bread in total. The 'Tomato Pizza Bread' with tomato sauce and the 'Corn Mayo Big Bread' with mayo sauce and sweet corn were released on the 13th. The 'Onion Cheese Bread' topped with onion sauce and pizza cheese, and the 'Hamppokki Big Bread' topped with smoked ham and Chinese-style ganpung sauce will be additionally launched on the 20th.
