On the 16th, at the final 3rd round of the LIV Golf Adelaide (total prize money $25 million) held at Grange Golf Club (par 72, 7,112 yards) in Adelaide, Australia, he shot 1-under 71. He made 6 birdies but also committed 3 bogeys and 1 double bogey. He finished the tournament tied for 23rd place (2-under 214) alongside Phil Mickelson (USA) and others.


Jang Yoo-bin, who dominated the Korean Professional Golf (KPGA) Tour last year, became the first Korean player to join LIV Golf this year. After finishing tied for 49th at the season opener in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia last week, he secured a tied 23rd place in his second tournament. Jang Yoo-bin earned about $250,000 (approximately 360 million KRW) in prize money from the two LIV Golf events.


Joaquin Niemann (Chile) achieved a perfect round with 7 birdies and no bogeys, winning by 3 strokes (13-under 203). This marked his third career LIV Golf victory. Niemann earned $4 million for the individual win, plus an additional $125,000 (25% of the third-place team prize), totaling $4,125,000 (approximately 5.9 billion KRW).


Abraham Ancer and Carlos Ortiz (both from Mexico) tied for 2nd place (10-under 206). Jon Rahm (Spain) finished 6th (7-under 209), Brooks Koepka tied for 7th (6-under 210), and Bryson DeChambeau (both USA) tied for 18th (4-under 212). Dustin Johnson tied for 31st (even par 216), and Anthony Kim (USA) tied for 51st (10-over 226). The third LIV Golf season event will be held on March 7 in Hong Kong.
