Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla, announced that his AI company xAI will unveil its latest AI chatbot model, 'Grok3,' on the 17th at 8 PM (local time).
On the 15th, he stated on X (formerly Twitter), "The rollout of Grok3 will be accompanied by a live demonstration," claiming it to be "the smartest AI on Earth."
He added, "I will be refining the product with the team throughout the weekend, so it will be offline until then."
Musk participated as an investor when OpenAI was founded in 2015 but resigned from the board and divested all his shares in 2018.
After OpenAI sparked a global sensation with the release of ChatGPT in 2023, he criticized OpenAI for unfairly pursuing profit through AI technology, triggering conflict.
Claiming to oppose profit-driven AI companies like OpenAI, he established xAI in July of the same year and introduced 'Grok' and 'Grok2.'
