BNK Busan Bank (President Bang Seong-bin) conducted volunteer activities such as cleaning child care facilities, plogging, and upcycling in 16 districts and counties of Busan with about 400 employees participating in the local volunteer group on the morning of the 15th.

On that day, the Nam-gu local volunteer group delivered rice of love to 27 places, including Saebit Christian Childcare Center, a child welfare facility, and 26 child group homes in Busan, to support the healthy growth of children. In particular, at Saebit Christian Childcare Center, they not only provided rice support but also carried out cleaning activities and made key rings with the children.
The Jung-gu local volunteer group collaborated with the Jung-gu Volunteer Center to produce transparent safety umbrellas, donated them to social welfare facilities in the district, and placed them in shared umbrella stands. In Geumjeong-gu, volunteers visited the Geumjeong-gu Senior Welfare Center to clean the facility. Other district and county volunteer groups engaged in environmental cleanup activities such as plogging and trash picking at Children's Grand Park, Geoje Market, and Gijang Market.
Bang Seong-bin, President of Busan Bank, said, "Since last week, the temperature has dropped sharply, making both body and mind shrink, but hearing the laughter of children, who are the future leaders, warms my heart." He added, "Busan Bank will do its best to create a happy Busan for all citizens, not just children, through diverse and practical volunteer activities."
In January, BNK Financial Group introduced a new social contribution brand called ‘Dugeun Dugeun’ (Heartbeat), and accordingly, BNK Busan Bank plans to continue monthly volunteer activities focused on environmental cleanup with themes such as ‘children,’ ‘elderly,’ ‘disabled,’ and ‘families.’
