Doosan Construction Promises "Minimized Contributions, Quick Occupancy, and a Landmark"
Two days before the selection of the construction company for Seongnam Eunhaeng Jugong, Doosan Construction CEO Lee Jeong-hwan and about 100 executives met with union members on their way to work and promised to create a landmark.

Doosan Construction announced on the 14th that CEO Lee Jeong-hwan and other executives visited the Seongnam Eunhaeng Jugong site. In addition to two official visits, CEO Lee also visited the site last weekend to listen to the opinions of the union members.
To promise quick occupancy to union members tired of the long wait, Doosan Construction proposed a construction period of 51 months and not applying price increases for two years. If selected as the construction company, the project is planned to start construction by the end of 2026 and aim for occupancy in 2031.
Doosan Construction presented the union members of Seongnam Eunhaeng Jugong with a groundbreaking condition of construction costs at 6.35 million KRW per 3.3㎡ and fixing the construction costs after actual commencement. They explained that this approach was taken from a long-term perspective to strengthen their portfolio by completing it as a flagship project rather than seeking short-term profits.
Seongnam Eunhaeng Jugong is designed as the first complex in Seongnam to feature a skybridge. The promotional center replicates the actual kitchen and windows planned for construction so that union members can experience the prestige of The Zenith.
Doosan Construction CEO Lee Jeong-hwan said, "This is a bold investment to realize the efforts made to strengthen our brand at ‘Seongnam Eunhaeng Jugong,’ and it is a proposal made possible by strengthening our fundamentals, including achieving the greatest results in 10 years last year. The general meeting for selecting the construction company for Seongnam Eunhaeng Jugong will be held on the 16th. The Seongnam Eunhaeng Jugong reconstruction project involves building 3,198 households in an area at 550 Eunhaeng-dong, Jungwon-gu, Seongnam, with 6 basement floors and 30 floors above ground.
