On the 14th, Judge Lee Gwan-hyung of the Civil Division 12 at the Seoul Western District Court ruled partially in favor of the plaintiffs in a damages lawsuit filed by V, Jungkook, and their agency Big Hit Music against Park, the operator of the YouTube channel Taldeoksuyongso. Park was ordered to pay 51 million KRW to Big Hit Music, 10 million KRW to V, and 15 million KRW to Jungkook.

V, Jungkook, and others filed a damages lawsuit last March, claiming that Park defamed them by posting false videos and interfered with the company's business. Big Hit also stated that Park should compensate for unauthorized use of the agency's copyrighted materials.

Park was sentenced in the first trial to two years in prison with a three-year probation for defamation, after posting 23 defamatory YouTube videos targeting seven celebrities, including IVE member Jang Wonyoung, from October 2021 to June 2023.
