Hanmi Pharmaceutical is targeting the North American market by utilizing an automatic vial dispensing machine.

Hanmi Pharmaceutical announced on the 14th that it recently unveiled the automatic vial dispensing machine "Countmate" from its affiliate JVM in the North American region and has started sales activities targeting local pharmacies and medical institutions.
Countmate is a dispensing device that fully automates the entire process, including automatic counting of medicines with multiple canisters mounted on the front, vial labeling using an orthogonal robot, and image capturing before dispensing. Depending on the size and needs of the pharmacy, users can choose between 84 or 168 canisters, and it can process up to 160 prescriptions per hour.
Additionally, it efficiently verifies products by capturing images of the top and side of the dispensed vials with an internal camera. It also offers features such as automatic vial alignment and supply, automatic label attachment, automatic sorting of dispensed vials by patient, wall-mounted installation, and low-noise operation.
Considering user safety and convenience, it is equipped with functions such as accident prevention through human detection sensors, contamination-free clean dispensing, and a design suitable for pharmacy space and environment.
Jae-Hyun Park, CEO of Hanmi Pharmaceutical, said, "Going forward, Hanmi Pharmaceutical plans to actively engage in businesses that can create synergy across the entire group," adding, "We will devote ourselves to further expanding the overseas portion of Hanmi Pharmaceutical’s total sales."
