The agreement ceremony was held at 2 p.m. the previous day in the 3rd-floor training room of the Daegu Dalseong-gun Public Health Center. Attendees included Kwon Seon-yeong, director of the Dalseong-gun Public Health Center, Shin Kyung-sik, head of L&F’s Environment and Safety Division, and other related personnel from both sides, who discussed cooperation plans to improve employee health.

Through this agreement, L&F will operate the "Health Up! Health All-rounder (All-rounder·multitalented)" program targeting approximately 1,000 employees at the Guji Plant until the end of 2025. The program is designed considering age-specific health characteristics such as irregular eating habits among young adults and lack of physical activity among middle-aged individuals. Key components include operating an in-house walking club and creating eco-friendly walking trails, conducting customized health promotion education and campaigns by field, linking mobile health buses for health checkups, providing visiting smoking cessation clinics, and offering counseling services for workers’ mental well-being.

In particular, the mobile health bus provides comprehensive health measurements including blood pressure, blood sugar, four types of cholesterol, anemia tests, body composition analysis, walking tests, stress assessments, and vascular aging tests, along with personalized health, nutrition, and exercise consultations.

Shin, head of the Environment and Safety Division, stated, "Employees are our company’s most valuable asset, and their health is directly linked to corporate competitiveness. Through this agreement, we will build health infrastructure within the Guji Plant and foster a culture of healthy living practices, continuously expanding support to improve the health of our employees."
