Hyundai Steel announced on the 13th that it has revamped its official website to strengthen communication with customers and stakeholders.
Hyundai Steel reorganized the website over approximately seven months starting from August last year, and the new website incorporates Hyundai Steel's 70-year history, innovation, and future vision.
In terms of design, the main screen's introduction, which visitors encounter first on the website, features more sophisticated and dynamic videos. Additionally, the overall website uses various colors and realistic 3D graphics to break away from the conservative and heavy image of the steel industry, visually expressing the infinite possibilities of steel and Hyundai Steel's future vision.
Another notable feature is that even visitors without background knowledge of Hyundai Steel or the steel industry can easily access information. A simplified menu structure and intuitive navigation system have been introduced so users can quickly find the information they want.
In particular, for product information, a Customer Journey-based Design was applied to naturally connect from product overview to consultation and inquiries, enabling customers to comprehensively understand the products and easily find the necessary information.
Furthermore, the progressive information access UX design, which provides information step-by-step according to customer needs, enhances information accessibility. Various visual contents such as diagrams and interactive elements have been introduced to offer an intuitive and immersive user experience.
A Hyundai Steel representative said, "With this official website renewal, we expect that customers, investors, and stakeholders will be able to easily achieve their visit purposes and find the site convenient to use."
