394 Units for General Sale Out of 952, Ranging from 2 Basement to 33 Above-Ground Floors
Special Supply on the 19th, First-Priority Subscription on the 20th, Winners Announced on the 27th
Lotte Engineering & Construction announced on the 14th that it has opened the model house for 'Daejeon Lotte Castle The First' and will begin full-scale sales.
'Daejeon Lotte Castle The First' will be built in Gaodong, Dong-gu, Daejeon, with a scale of 10 buildings, 2 basement floors to 33 above-ground floors, and a total of 952 units, of which 394 units will be offered for general sale.
The general sale units by type are as follows: ▲59㎡A 173 units ▲59㎡B 180 units ▲59㎡C 18 units ▲74㎡B 23 units, all of which are small to medium-sized units favored by actual residents.
'Daejeon Lotte Castle The First' offers convenient access to downtown via Daejeon-ro and Daejeong-ro, and excellent access to intercity roads through Panam IC and Namdaejeon IC (Tongyeong-Daejeon Expressway). It is also close to Daejeon Station, making it easy to use KTX, SRT, and Daejeon Metro Line 1. The Daejeon Metro Line 2 tram route (scheduled for 2028) will also pass near the complex.
The area around the complex is rich in green spaces such as Bomunsan and Sikjangsan, providing a pleasant residential environment. The Daejeoncheon Citizen Suspension Bridge Park, located right in front of the complex, is connected to a pedestrian entrance, making it convenient for walks.
The complex will be equipped with a premium community facility including a residents-only sky lounge and sky guest house, as well as various amenities such as a study room, book cafe, indoor golf club, and kids' room. Depending on the unit type, features such as a 4-bay layout, dressing room, and alpha room have been included to maximize space utilization.
The subscription schedule begins with special supply on the 19th, followed by first priority on the 20th and second priority on the 21st. The winners will be announced on the 27th, and the contract signing will take place from March 10th to 12th.
First-priority subscription is available to residents of Daejeon, Sejong, and Chungnam who are at least 19 years old, have been members of a subscription savings account for at least 6 months, and meet the required deposit amounts by region and unit size.

The model house is located in Daeheung-dong, Jung-gu, Daejeon, and the expected move-in date is November 2027.
