POSCO Holdings Dissolves Subsidiary POSCO CNGR Nickel Solution

POSCO Holdings announced on the 11th that it will dissolve the POSCO CNGR Nickel Solution corporation.

The reason for dissolution is the resolution of the shareholders' meeting in accordance with Article 517, Paragraph 2 of the Commercial Act. The liquidation process will proceed through the resolution of dissolution and the appointment of a liquidator, and the company will withdraw from the subsidiary.
