Nutri Expands B2B Ingredient Business... "Accelerating Global Market Penetration"

Starting as a material development company in 2001, Nutri has proven differentiated competitiveness in collagen, diet, and stomach health material fields based on over 20 years of research and development (R&D) experience. Based on this, it plans to reshape the market by strengthening or newly developing core materials including collagen, leveraging abundant efficacy data and functionality to establish a unique position in the global raw material market.

To accelerate its global B2B material market penetration, Nutri is making promising company acquisitions and strategic investments. First, at the end of last year, it incorporated the material-specialized company Everspring as a subsidiary, securing an additional sales volume of approximately 5 billion KRW. It is actively promoting the expansion of domestic and international sales of core raw materials including collagen. Furthermore, it aims for long-term growth based on newly developing core material pipelines such as stomach health, sleep, anti-stress, and women’s health.

Alongside this, Nutri plans to further strengthen its competitiveness in the global market through equity investments in HolisticBio and Immunobiome. In particular, through cooperation with HolisticBio, it secured global business rights for ginseng fruit and milk ceramide. With Immunobiome, it is promoting the development of new functional probiotics for brain health, liver, and metabolic health. Through these strategic investments, Nutri plans to establish differentiated competitiveness in the B2B core raw material market including collagen and expand its global market share.

A Nutri official stated, “Amid the continuous growth of the global health functional food market, Nutri plans to secure unrivaled competitiveness in the global collagen material market through the expansion of its B2B raw material business,” adding, “We will actively utilize the know-how from the success of our B2C business and existing global networks to generate stable sales and profits, and further strengthen our position in the global market.”
