Myeongryunjinsagalbi Grand Opens 5th Branch in Thailand, ‘Central Rama 3’

Myeongnyundang Co., Ltd., which operates Myeongnyun Jinsagalbi, Korea's leading charcoal-grilled pork rib specialty brand, announced on the 11th that it opened its fifth store in Thailand on January 23rd at Central Plaza Rama 3 shopping mall in Bangkok.

Central Plaza Rama 3, where the 5th store in Thailand is located, is situated at a key point connecting downtown Bangkok and its outskirts, and is the flagship shopping mall of the most famous Central Department Store chain in Thailand. It is known that the area is surrounded by luxury apartment complexes and office buildings such as financial institutions, forming a customer base of residents and office workers. In particular, many Thai families visit on weekends for shopping and dining.

Myeongnyun Jinsagalbi stated that in response to this demand and tailored to the unique commercial area of a department store, they provide luxurious interiors and differentiated services to enhance local customer satisfaction.

A company representative added, “We were able to successfully open the 5th store by gaining recognition for Myeongnyun Jinsagalbi’s brand value in Thailand. We will continue to do our best to increase customer satisfaction and communicate more closely with customers through expansion across various channels.”

According to the company, since opening the first store in Thailand in August 2023, all five stores have been successfully operated, and they plan to open three additional stores this year. Especially, the 5th store was opened following an active invitation proposal from Central Department Store, increasing the possibility of further store openings within Central Department Store in the future. They also expressed a positive evaluation of Myeongnyun Jinsagalbi’s brand awareness and success potential in Thailand.

Meanwhile, Myeongnyun Jinsagalbi is accelerating its overseas business by signing a master franchise contract in Canada, opening its 2nd store in China, 7th store in the Philippines, and expanding into Laos and Malaysia. They are currently recruiting master franchisees and overseas branch partners worldwide. Detailed information can be found on the Myeongnyun Jinsagalbi website.
