42 Teachers Pass Daejeon Public Middle and High School Exam... 81% Are Women

The Daejeon Metropolitan Office of Education announced on the morning of the 11th that the final successful candidates for the 2025 Public Secondary School Teacher Recruitment Examination have been released through the office's official website.


A total of 42 candidates were selected through written exams, practical and experimental evaluations, lesson plan preparation and teaching demonstration evaluations, and in-depth interviews across 16 subjects.


Of all successful candidates, 8 (19.1%) are male and 34 (80.9%) are female. There are 32 graduates (76.2%) and 10 expected graduates (23.8%).


Successful candidates must complete their registration with the required documents for appointment by the 20th, and after completing the job training program held from the 17th to the 26th, they will be assigned to middle and high schools starting from March 1.
