Buk-gu Gwangju Achieves 'Best' Rating in Civil Service Comprehensive Evaluation for 5 Consecutive Years

Recognized for Efforts in Grievance Handling and Consideration for Vulnerable Groups

On the 9th, Buk-gu, Gwangju announced that it had been selected as an 'Excellent' institution for the fifth consecutive year in the '2024 Comprehensive Civil Service Evaluation' organized by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety and the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission.

In this evaluation, Buk-gu achieved outstanding results compared to other institutions in areas such as grievance handling, consideration for vulnerable groups, and protection of civil service staff.


Additionally, the operation of the 'Resident Grievance Committee,' the production of the 'Self-Registration Guide for Ownership Transfer,' the expansion of unmanned civil service issuance machines with accessibility features for people with disabilities, and the distribution of safety equipment and activation of healing programs for civil service staff all received positive evaluations.


Moon In, Mayor of Buk-gu, stated, "We will continue to do our best to minimize residents' inconvenience and provide highly satisfactory civil services in the future."
