Smarter AI Bixby with the New 'Comfortable Dehumidification' Feature
Samsung Electronics has launched the 2025 model air conditioner new product, 'Bespoke AI Wind-Free Combo Gallery.'
On the 9th, Samsung Electronics announced that the 'Bespoke AI Wind-Free Combo Gallery' is equipped with a humidity sensing and control system and newly applied the 'Comfortable Dehumidification' function that simultaneously enhances comfort and energy efficiency. It also applied upgraded artificial intelligence (AI) voice assistant Bixby and various AI technologies that improve energy efficiency.

The existing air conditioner's dehumidification function cools the entire heat exchanger, causing inconvenience where the indoor temperature drops further during dehumidification if the cooling set temperature is low, and the dehumidification function deteriorates if the set temperature is high. The Comfortable Dehumidification function is a technology that adjusts the refrigerant according to humidity and cools the heat exchanger only as much as needed. It does not release unnecessary cold air and can reduce energy consumption by up to 30% compared to the existing dehumidification function.
It also supports the 'AI Comfort' function, which automatically provides optimal cooling and air purification by analyzing the user's lifestyle patterns, usage time, weather, and the area of the cooling space. All models of the Bespoke AI Wind-Free Combo Gallery have energy consumption efficiency grades 1 and 2, and by setting the 'AI Saving Mode' through the SmartThings app, it is economical as it can save up to an additional 30% through customized power saving according to the situation.
A feature is that the upgraded AI voice assistant Bixby allows device control through natural speech without a remote control. Bixby understands and executes complex function change commands such as "Operate in Wind-Free mode when it gets cool" and "Change to the mode suitable for the current weather." The new product also has a 'Good Sleep' function that helps comfortable sleep by providing an appropriate sleep temperature according to the user's sleep pattern.
