Goryeong-gun Livestock Policy Division and Seongju-gun Livestock Division Join Hands for Mutual Donations under Hometown Love Donation Program

Goryeong County (Livestock Policy Division) in Gyeongbuk and Seongju County (Livestock Division) conducted mutual donations under the Hometown Love Donation Program to promote local livestock development and strengthen cooperation between the two local governments.


At the mutual donation ceremony held at Goryeong County Office, 20 employees including Jeong Won-cheong, Head of the Livestock Policy Division (Goryeong), and Lee Myung-soo, Head of the Livestock Division (Seongju), participated and showed enthusiastic support for the activation and successful establishment of the Hometown Love Donation Program.


The Hometown Love Donation Program is a system where individuals donate a certain amount to regions other than their place of residence and receive tax deduction benefits as well as local specialties from the respective regions as return gifts.


Jeong Won-cheong, Head of the Livestock Policy Division, said, “Through this Hometown Love Donation Program, we hope to create a continuous cooperation platform between the two local governments and contribute to the establishment of a donation culture.”
