Gyeonggi Province Governor Kim Dong-yeon expressed his sincere welcome on the 7th for former Gyeongsangnam-do Governor Kim Kyung-soo's reinstatement to the Democratic Party of Korea.
Governor Kim Dong-yeon wrote on his social media service (SNS) that day, "I believe he will play a significant role on the path to a 'Greater Democratic Party' and regime change," and promised, "As a member of the Democratic Party, I will also join forces."
He then posted the message that former Governor Kim Kyung-soo shared on SNS.
Earlier, former Governor Kim Kyung-soo said through SNS on the same day, "I heard the news that I have been reinstated today. It feels very new," and added, "As a party member, I will devote all my efforts to judging the forces of rebellion through impeachment and achieving regime change through winning the presidential election."
