As Doosan Construction and POSCO E&C engage in a fierce competition for the construction rights of the Seongnam Eunhaeng Jugong Apartment reconstruction project, Lee Jeong-hwan, CEO of Doosan Construction, visited the promotional center to meet with the union members.

On the 6th, Lee Jeong-hwan, CEO of Doosan Construction, visited the Seongnam Eunhaeng Jugong Apartment reconstruction promotional center and promised the union members a future vision to build the complex as a local landmark.
CEO Lee explained that Doosan Construction plans to apply its high-end brand 'The Zenith' to Seongnam Eunhaeng Jugong, continuing the reputation of Doosan We’ve The Zenith, which has established itself as a representative residential facility in the region.
Doosan Construction pledged to enhance the local image and increase the asset value of union members by constructing a landmark applying The Zenith brand in Seongnam as well. Doosan Construction’s high-end brand projects include Busan Haeundae Doosan We’ve The Zenith and Daegu Doosan We’ve The Zenith, all of which have become premium residential facilities in their respective regions.

CEO Lee explained the bold conditions proposed by Doosan Construction. He offered a construction cost of 6.35 million KRW per 3.3㎡ and a construction period of 51 months, promising to minimize the burden on union members and facilitate quick move-in.
Doosan Construction plans to fix the construction cost without reflecting inflation for two years from the contract date and after actual construction starts, alleviating union members’ concerns about rising construction costs.
Additionally, CEO Lee asked his staff to clearly explain that even considering the construction of a large complex with a maximum height difference of 102m and a 1,500-ton sky bridge, the construction will be completed within 51 months to minimize the burden on union members.
He urged the union members to "carefully review the proposal and directly verify Doosan Construction’s business performance and proposal details at the promotional center."
The general meeting to select the construction company for Seongnam Eunhaeng Jugong will be held on the 16th. The Seongnam Eunhaeng Jugong reconstruction project involves building 3,198 households in an area spanning from underground 6 floors to aboveground 30 floors at 550 Eunhaeng-dong, Jungwon-gu, Seongnam.
