[Featured Stock] MaeumAI Gains Strength on Samsung-OpenAI Collaboration Highlighting On-Device and Voice AI Technologies

MaumAI's stock price is showing an upward trend. The news that Samsung Electronics and OpenAI have discussed business cooperation in AI home appliances, as well as the Internet of Things (IoT) and robotics, has highlighted the company's related technologies.

As of 2:11 PM on the 5th, MaumAI's stock price recorded 23,200 KRW, up 4.50% from the previous day. It is interpreted that the meeting between Samsung Electronics Chairman Lee Jae-yong and OpenAI CEO Sam Altman to discuss collaboration in the AI home appliance business acted as a positive factor.

Formerly known as MindsLab, MaumAI is an AI solution development company. It covers core AI algorithms, engines, and platforms. At the CES 2025 event held last month in Las Vegas, USA, MaumAI also introduced 'Suda,' an on-device AI-based voice conversation product.

At the end of last year, MaumAI completed a service robot demonstration project of the Korea Institute for Robot Industry Advancement together with Dogu Space. In this demonstration project, MaumAI implemented unmanned technology by installing its AI models 'Suda' and 'Worb' on Dogu Space's robot 'Aiden.' Additionally, Samsung Electronics staff members' visit to MaumAI in 2023 has recently gained attention.
