Song Byung-jun, Chairman of Com2uS, Runs Sole Candidate for Venture Business Association President

Song Byung-jun, chairman of Com2uS Group, is challenging for the position of chairman of the Korea Venture Business Association.

On the 5th, the Korea Venture Business Association announced, "Song has been the sole candidate for the 12th chairman." The association plans to hold a board meeting on the 19th to propose Song as the next chairman at the general meeting. After completing the verification process by the Chairman Recommendation Committee before the board meeting, the final election will take place at the general meeting on the 28th.

If Song becomes chairman, it will be the first time since the association's establishment in 1995 that a person from the gaming industry holds the chairman position.

Previously, the association publicly recruited candidates for the next chairman starting in December last year, but no applicants came forward, leading to an extension of the recruitment period once.
