DevAll Company (CEOs Jangkyu Lee and Jaecheol Lee), the operator of the sales contract management solution ‘BunyangAll’ and the billing management solution ‘Cheonggus,’ announced that it received the LH President’s Award at the 2024 Korea Urban and Regional Industry Expo.
The ‘Korea Urban and Regional Industry Expo’ is an event held to discover and support innovative solutions and services for the development of domestic urban and regional industries. It is a venue where public institutions and private companies collaborate to seek urban development and industrial promotion. At this expo, DevAll Company showcased its sales contract management solution and received high praise.
DevAll Company operates the real estate development project management solution ‘BunyangAll’ and the billing management solution ‘Cheonggus,’ providing a one-stop service from real estate development to sales contract management and move-in. In particular, ‘BunyangAll’ automates repetitive tasks such as collection of sales payments, issuance of tax invoices, and contract registration, maximizing the efficiency of real estate development and management work.
DevAll Company CEO Jangkyu Lee stated, “We have been striving to provide solutions that innovatively automate real estate sales and financial management,” adding, “We will actively expand so that more companies and public institutions can utilize our services following this award.”
Meanwhile, DevAll Company was also recognized for its technology and innovation by receiving the President’s Award from the Korea Research Institute for Human Settlements at the ‘2024 Real Estate Service Industry Startup Competition’ hosted by the institute last year. Additionally, to reflect the unique characteristics of the sales market and provide more optimized services to customers, the company is preparing for a new leap by changing its brand name from ‘DevAll’ to ‘BunyangAll.’
