Ongoing Until the 12th of Next Month... Stabilizing the Blood Supply
Gwangju Seo-gu Council (Chairman Jeon Seungil) participated in the 'Love Blood Donation Relay Campaign' held at the Gwangju City Council on the 3rd and carried out blood donation volunteer work.
According to the Seo-gu Council, this campaign, which runs until the 12th of next month, is organized by the Gwangju-Jeonnam Blood Center of the Korean Red Cross and was promoted to stabilize the blood supply during the winter season, which is a recurring issue every year.

On this day, Chairman Jeon Seungil, along with Council Operations Committee Chair Im Seonghwa and Councilor Yoon Jeongmin, attended the event and conveyed the importance of blood donation and the value of sharing to local residents.
Chairman Jeon Seungil said, "This campaign was more than just donating blood; it was an opportunity to practice the true spirit of sharing by supporting and helping each other's lives," and added, "We will continue to actively participate in various community activities so that Seo-gu can grow into a warmer and healthier community."
Meanwhile, the Seo-gu Council has been promoting various legislative activities to create a warm Seo-gu that practices sharing, such as delivering gifts to neighbors in need for the Lunar New Year holiday.
