Court's Next-Generation Electronic Litigation and Future Registration System Stabilization

Most Delays Resolved by Noon
Additional Inspections Scheduled for Registration System Over the Weekend

The Court Administration Office under the Supreme Court launched the next-generation electronic litigation and future registration systems on the 31st, which have been in development for a long time since 2020.

Court's Next-Generation Electronic Litigation and Future Registration System Stabilization

The Court Administration Office used the Lunar New Year holiday period from the 25th to the previous day to carry out system renewal and server stabilization work.

Existing services such as comprehensive legal information, online access to judgments, provision of judgment copies, information disclosure requests, and case search services have been unified into the Judicial Information Disclosure Portal, while electronic litigation, self-representation litigation, and electronic civil service center services have been integrated into the Electronic Litigation Portal.

As a result, it has become easier for general users to access judgments, and a new simple payment function is supported. Users can conveniently submit electronic documents required for litigation and the types of certificates that can be issued online have expanded from 5 to 19. The biggest feature is that judicial information functions, which had been fragmented into several branches, have been integrated to allow much simpler and more efficient processing.

The next-generation electronic litigation system experienced slight delays immediately after its launch in the morning but is currently operating without major issues. The future registration system, which improves user convenience related to real estate and corporate registration issuance, also experienced some initial delays but most have now been resolved. The court has extended the electronic application deadline from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. as originally planned.

Additionally, to reinforce stability, the court has decided to suspend services related to viewing, issuance, and applications on the future registration system until the weekend of the 2nd of next month for system inspection work.
