Support for Global Integrated Promotion and Marketing
Cheonan City in Chungnam Province announced on the 31st that the "2025 Cheonan K-Culture Expo" has been selected for the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism's large-scale Hallyu integrated event local government contest project, securing 500 million KRW in national funding.
This contest is a project that links and supports large-scale Hallyu integrated events organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and local government events. The city will receive not only national funding but also support for global integrated promotion and marketing.
The expo received high scores in areas such as the connection with integrated Hallyu events, content competitiveness, international appeal, and financial capability.
Meanwhile, this year's expo is scheduled to be held at the Independence Hall from May 21 to 25 under the theme "Global K-Culture, Blossoming in the World."
