949 Households in the New Home Complex
First e-Pyeonhansesang Brand in Naepo New Town
Convenient Transportation Network, Further Expansion Expected
DL E&C is supplying the public sale New Home complex ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Naepo First Dream’ in RH16 block of Naepo New Town, Hongseong-gun, Chungnam. The complex is being developed with 10 buildings ranging from basement level 1 to ground level 25, totaling 949 households, all exclusively composed of units with a floor area of 84㎡. The expected move-in date is January 2027.
This complex is a ‘New Home’ selectable complex, offering priority purchase rights after residing for six years. It is not included in the number of houses owned and has no tax burden such as acquisition tax and property tax. Accordingly, high interest is expected from real demand buyers in their 30s to 50s who are considering moving to a new apartment or planning to purchase a home for actual residence. Additionally, all units offer free balcony expansion benefits, and system air conditioning and middle doors are applied as standard to enhance residential satisfaction.
This complex is the first apartment in Naepo New Town to apply the ‘e-Pyeonhansesang’ brand, featuring specialized designs. All units adopt a 4-bay slab-type structure to secure lighting and views, and the building coverage ratio is lowered to maximize openness. Within the complex, a central park of approximately 7,500㎡ and 18 gardens are created to provide a nature-friendly living environment.
The educational infrastructure is also excellent. Hanul Elementary School is located directly opposite the complex, and Hongbuk Middle School is scheduled to open in March next year nearby, allowing for walking access to both elementary and middle schools. Transportation conditions are expected to improve as well. Naepo New Town, where the complex is located, is planned to establish a ‘Future New Industry National Industrial Complex,’ which is expected to continuously attract population inflow. Once the national industrial complex is established, it is expected to generate about 6.8 trillion KRW in production inducement effects and create approximately 23,000 jobs.
Additionally, Chungnam National University Naepo Campus is also planned to be established. In February last year, Chungnam National University and Chungnam Province signed a memorandum of understanding, and the campus is planned to be developed with a capacity of 1,100 students by 2035, starting recruitment of freshmen in 2027.
