"Comprehensive Financial Information Including Repayment Schedules at a Glance"
Among 10 new customers of Hyundai Commercial, 7 use the company's commercial vehicle driver service application (app) 'GoTruck' app statement service. As a result of continuous advancement of the app service, the monthly active users (MAU) of the app last month increased by more than 50% compared to the first half of last year, receiving great response from commercial vehicle owners.
Hyundai Commercial announced on the 31st that the proportion of new customers using the service exceeded 70%.
By using the service, users can conveniently check the payment amount billed every month. Commercial vehicle owners can view repayment schedules and other information not only via Giro or email but also on the app. Tasks such as changing payment dates, issuing documents, and early repayment can also be handled easily.
Hyundai Commercial stated that the app MAU last month increased by more than 50% compared to the first half of last year. About 30% of GoTruck app users are customers who do not use Hyundai Commercial financial products, indicating strong support from commercial vehicle owners.
In July last year, Hyundai Commercial improved the user interface and user experience (UI·UX) convenience of the GoTruck app, focusing on financial services such as the app statement service.
It established related functions to allow the entire commercial vehicle financial service process to be conducted through the app for the first time in the industry. It provides necessary financial products tailored to customers. Additional benefits such as interest rate discounts and exemption from early repayment fees are also offered.
Various services necessary for commercial vehicle owners are provided. The 'Job Finding Service' recommends optimal jobs suited to the driver's vehicle type and working environment. By using the 'Sell My Vehicle Service,' users can receive services such as price inquiries for freight vehicles and construction machinery, as well as free on-site diagnosis by certified appraisers.
A Hyundai Commercial official said, "As a result of strengthening commercial vehicle driver services based on Hyundai Commercial's industrial finance expertise, about 200,000 members are using our financial services," adding, "We plan to continue introducing specialized services for commercial vehicle customers."
Hyundai Commercial announced that it will hold an event for customers using the app statement service. Customers who check their statements through the GoTruck app will receive 3,000 KRW every month.
