Guro-gu Holds Briefing Session on Support Programs for Small and Medium Enterprises and Small Business Owners

District to Hold Briefing Session at District Office Auditorium on February 4 from 2 PM to 5 PM
...From SME Policy Funds to Customized Support for Small Business Owners

Guro-gu announced that the ‘2025 Small and Medium Enterprises and Small Business Support Project Briefing Session’ hosted by the Seoul Regional Small and Medium Venture Business Administration will be held on February 4th from 2 PM to 5 PM at the district office auditorium.


This briefing session, involving the Small and Medium Business Corporation, the Small Enterprise and Market Service, the Korea Technology Finance Corporation, and the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund, aims to explain various support projects so that small and medium enterprises, small business owners, and traditional market merchants do not miss out on government benefits due to lack of information.


The district is enhancing understanding of policies and encouraging participation in projects through this briefing session.


The session will be divided into two parts, with practical officers directly introducing the support projects that attract the most interest on-site.

In Part 1, presentations will cover ▲Funding (Small and Medium Business Corporation) ▲Credit Guarantee (Korea Credit Guarantee Fund) ▲Technology Guarantee (Korea Technology Finance Corporation) ▲Small Business (Small Enterprise and Market Service), and in Part 2, topics will include ▲Export and Payment Linkage System (Seoul Regional Small and Medium Venture Business Administration) ▲R&D (Korea Institute for Advancement of Technology) ▲Startup and Venture (Korea Institute of Startup & Entrepreneurship Development).


Additionally, a one-on-one consultation desk staffed by practical officers will be operated at the event site to quickly resolve participants’ questions.


The briefing session is open for free participation on the day of the event without prior registration. For more details, please contact the district office’s Local Economy Division.


A Guro-gu official stated, “We will continue to take the lead in promoting so that more residents can enjoy the benefits supported by the government,” and added, “We hope everyone will thoroughly check the support projects that fit their situation and qualifications.”
